Arbeiderpartiet wins Norwegian election with strategic support from Data Sciences

In a stunning reversal of political fortunes, Jonas Gahr Støre and his Labour Party secured a decisive victory in Norway’s parliamentary elections on September 8th, 2025. This remarkable comeback was powered by a data-driven strategy designed and executed in partnership with Data Sciences.
From a low of 17.2% in the polls in December 2024, Arbeiderpartiet faced a steep climb. To reverse the tide, the party partnered with DS to navigate a complex political landscape and forge a winning coalition of voters. Data Sciences contributed to a winning campaign strategy, leveraging predictive forecasting of polling, rolling message testing, and voter segmentation to turn raw data into actionable insights. These findings helped the campaign understand shifting priorities among the electorate and allocate resources for maximum impact.

Trained in Dutch and EU law with an LL.M. from Maastricht University, he brings a strong grounding in international institutions and governance to his work. He has managed key portfolios as a political attaché for two Montreal-based Members of Parliament and was previously active with a European political party.
