Sean Hutchison

Before joining Data Sciences, Sean led the business development, platform and partnerships teams for Facebook in Canada. Prior to that, Sean was Vice President of Product at Points.com. He’s also co-founded two companies — Fort Nocs Networks, one of Canada’s leading application managed services companies, and Think Dynamics, an early cloud computing platform.

Sean is a data expert, having served as Director of Data and Analytics for Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s 2015 federal election campaign and helping institute a new data-centric approach to voter engagement. Prior to that, Sean received his Ph.D. in the Department of Human Genetics at McGill University in Montreal, where his research focused on the genetic determinants of the immune response to viral infection.

Amund previously held the role of deputy minister for Energy and petroleum in the Norwegian government, as well as the head of strategy for the Norwegian Labour Party leading up to the 2021 general election. Amund resides in Europe and serves Data Sciences' european clients.


Jenn Marton

Jenn loves solving problems. From a nightly sudoku puzzle to market segmentation, she’s passionate about using data to answer business questions, drive decisions, and create efficiencies. Prior to DS, this passion for discovery led her to pursue a Ph.D. in Human Genetics from McGill University. There, she modelled the relationship between genetic variants and the severity of infectious myocardial disease.

Deeva is a seasoned digital strategist and client-services leader, serving as the VP, Growth at Data Sciences. She specializes in managing client relationships and driving innovative strategies for corporate and non-profit clients. Her experience includes leading multi-funnel donation campaigns for McGill University and overseeing resource and project management for PricewaterhouseCoopers’ financial services team in Toronto.

Kim Fuller

With over 25 years of experience as a key player working with local, national, and international charities in marketing and fundraising, Kim is a pioneer in the sector. She boils down complicated strategies and issues to make them bite-sized and simple, making each step towards progress a lot easier than often anticipated. 
As an award-winning social entrepreneur, international speaker, and author of many articles on leadership and the social sector, Kim also hosts the Philanthropy in Action podcast, where she interviews changemakers across Canada, shedding light on important issues facing the sector. She is on the board of governors at Concordia University, President of Geordie Theatre, and secretary for the Canadian Addison’s Society. She’s also founder of the civic group for GivingTuesday Quebec, member of the Canadian B Corp Woman CEO network and Coralus activator. Kim was named Top 50 Women Leaders of Montreal and Top 50 under 50 Shaping Tomorrow by Concordia University and is a recipient of the Governor General of Canada’s Sovereign’s Medal for Volunteers.
Kim is a CNC Certified Nonprofit Consultant, member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and board member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals of Canada.

Stephanie is a dynamic leader and strategic communications expert with a passion for driving growth and impact. With a background in journalism and deep expertise in impact storytelling, Stephanie has a proven track record of crafting compelling narratives that resonate.
Before joining Phil, she led communications for the Montreal Children’s Hospital, guiding the organization through major milestones, including the largest hospital move in North American history. She managed media relations, crisis communications, and strategic messaging, helping to elevate the hospital’s profile and engage key careholders.
Stephanie combines her strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to business operations, client engagement, and team leadership. Her expertise lies in strategic communications, brand storytelling, and translating big-picture vision into tangible results. Whether developing impactful campaigns, advising clients, or shaping Phil’s long-term direction, Stephanie is dedicated to making a difference—one story, one strategy, and one partnership at a time.

She has worked in advertising and marketing for over 10 years with a particular interest and experience in health care and politics. She speaks five languages and enjoys meeting new people over coffee.

Jeremy's focus is to expand our data and analytics services in the eCommerce space. Jeremy joins us from PwC, where he led the Cloud Integration Group. Prior to that, he held roles at Google Cloud, Adobe, and Meta.


Andrew McCormack

Andrew thinks that data should be beautiful, digestible, and useful. With this mindset, he designs and implements technical solutions that maximize the potential of complex data, and is always eager to explore new and experimental methods to help clients achieve their goals. Prior to DS, Andrew completed an MA in Political Science at McGill University. There, he focused on political behavior and the different methodologies that can be used to better understand and predict it.

Head of Platforms and Web Development

As a former political staffer, Andrew is passionate about the intersection of technology and politics. Having been involved in politics since he was born, he has played a role in many political campaigns ranging from municipal to federal. Andrew uses his interest in progressive organizing and his experience in software development to build new solutions for clients to better mobilize and achieve their goals. He holds a Bachelor of Computing from the University of Guelph. Before joining Data Sciences he ran a Member of Parliament's office, and worked for a Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Health.
