Summary
Data Sciences is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to join our dynamic digital team in Montréal.
This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration at our Old Port Head Office with remote work flexibility.
As a key player, you’ll plan and execute innovative paid media strategies that drive customer acquisition, boost donations, and deliver measurable results. Collaborating with the Media Lead, you’ll guide campaigns, analyze performance, and provide insights for both immediate impact and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Strategy
- Strategize, plan, and execute paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and YouTube for clients in various industries.
- Optimize paid search, display, and social media campaigns to meet client objectives, drive conversions, and maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, analyze performance data, and refine strategies to improve results.
- Manage budgets, produce client-facing reports, and provide actionable insights to drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (media buying, content and creative) to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
- Provide weekly reports to clients, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic insights. Ensure the reports are accurate and reflective of performance.
- Evaluate overall site engagement through Google Analytics 4 and ensure accurate tracking implementation using Google Tag Manager.
Leadership & Innovation
- Act as a technical and strategic resource for the team, sharing industry best practices and insights.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance performance through testing, new tools, and emerging trends.
- Maintain certifications (Google, Bing, Meta) and stay updated on the latest digital marketing advancements.
- Lead innovation by developing and executing tests to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2 years in digital marketing with proven success in driving growth via paid media channels.
- Expertise: Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube, SnapChat, Microsoft Bing, LinkedIn, SA360, DV360, GA4 and GTM and more.
- Agency Experience: Previous work with multiple clients and stakeholders is a strong asset.
- Skills: Bilingual (English/French), excellent communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Be a flexible team player who is willing to help with any project and roll up their sleeves when needed.
