Research Coordinator

We're looking for a research coordinator to join our diverse team in Montreal to provide administrative support for our busy research department. This is an entry-level position. The right fit is a proactive, highly organized and efficient person looking to grow and take on a challenging role at a fast-growing company.

We need someone to help manage projects, track progress and coordinate efforts within our research team. We also need someone who can communicate professionally with clients and who can work effectively with folks across the company in our digital, analytics, and creative teams. Job Duties

  • Assist with management of all the administrative, logistical, financial, and communication aspects of the Research Department’s work;
  • Attend meetings as necessary; take notes and track action items for follow-up;
  • Documentation, document organization and management
  • Communications with research partners
  • Contract and invoicing support
  • Assist in team management processes
  • Contribute ideas to new ways of streamlining processes and solving problems
  • Support office manager and Executive team with administrative tasks as required
  • Carry out other special projects as required


  • Fluency in English
  • Related educational certificate
  • Experience as a coordinator or administrative assistant (minimum 1 year) or significant experience in project management
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills.
  • Team-oriented
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and support busy organizations
  • Eligible to work in Canada


  • Fluency in French
  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • Any research experience
  • Experience related to politics or campaigning
  • We work globally! Knowledge of other languages is appreciated
  • Training in interpersonal skills or communication
